We have been reading the picture books from the NZ Post  Book Award finalists. So far we have read: Duck Stuck, Every Second Friday, Roadworks, Piggity-wiggity Jiggity-jig and The Were-nana.

Hi it's Jayden. I have been working on the orange learning arrow  and my goal for term 1  is following up feedback and feedforward after talking with my teacher.  In my writing I have followed up feedback to improve my swimming recount. I have also improved my collage flag after following feedback.

Hi I'm Peter and my learning arrow for this term is orange. My goal for this term is knowing what the learning intention is and following the  success criteria. I have done this in my draft writing working on my swimming recount and also my 'Flying the Flag' collage.

 Rachel here. The  learning arrow I'm on this term  is green. My goal is being able to refocus myself if needed.

I think I showed that I  achieved my goal this term because my work is up to date. A specific time I have done this would have to be in maths a couple of weeks ago. I could have chatted with friends but I stayed on task and so therefore my worksheet was finished by the end of maths.
